ZYC impacted me greatly by reminding me how important my passions and goals are, and how I can achieve them. It was 4 days with a group of passionate, driven people that I got to grow with in developing leadership skills. We all had personal growth spurts that were shocking in the space of 4 days, and it was an experience of priceless value. It taught me how to have a meaningful impact on someone for the better, whether that's in a five minute conversation or a half-day seminar.
