Dakota Ray Stroud, has truly emersed himself in this mindset of everyone is a leader since 2011. He has received the majority of his trainings and augmented his own abilities through many different leadership development organizations, such as The National FFA Organization, The Virgnia 4-H State Cabinet, and Agriculture Future of America. Though, in 2019 had the chance to augment his credentials with Generation Ziglar Youth Certification Program, allowing for a more credible and diverse skill set.
